Family Services
When a marriage breaks down irretrievably, there can be numerous issues that need to be considered.
Advice on options available such as Separation Agreements which set out the arrangements for children, finances and agreement about future divorce proceedings maybe necessary.
For some couples, this may mean commencing divorce proceedings and consideration of the grounds available to commence the divorce and advice on the costs that may be involved.
Divorce proceedings may have been served and advice necessary about responding to served Court papers and implications of choosing to allow such proceedings to continue undefended or advice about defending and/or cross petitioning may be sought.
We advise on the process involved to dissolve a marriage and, whilst this is a Court based process, it rarely involves any personal attendance at Court.
Our specialist Family Law Team can provide the detailed expert advice needed in these circumstances.
