– Answering and directing phone calls
– Use of Outlook and Case Management system
– Meeting and greeting clients in a professional manner
– Assisting with office operations as needed
– General clerical duties such as filing, copying, scanning, mailing, etc.
– Maintaining confidentiality of client information
– Other duties as assigned
