Location: Newton-le-Willows
Key responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, answer/route telephone calls, email queries.
- Maintain reception area.
- General administrative duties: filing, scanning, data entry.
- Use of Case Management system
- Typing / transcription using digital dictation application
- Support other teams with basic administrative tasks (e.g., scheduling meetings, preparing internal documents).
- Handle incoming/outgoing post and liaise with mail couriers.
Skills/requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Pleasant, professional manner – as clients will be visiting the firm.
- Ability to multitask and work in a busy legal office.
Hours & contract type: (full-time, salary dependent on experience and skills)
