Alternatively, if you have been served with an application for dissolution of your civil partnership, we can provide advice in relation to completion of the court papers and any implications on allowing proceedings to continue undefended or, if necessary, advise on defending the same.

Whilst applications for dissolution of a civil partnership is a court based process, it rarely involves personal attendance at Court.

    Ainsley qualified as a Solicitor in 1998 and has specialised in family and matrimonial law throughout her career. She joined Dootsons in 2011 and is an accredited member of the Law Society’s Family Law Panel and a member of Resolution, a national organisation of family lawyers. Ainsley is also a fully qualified Family Mediator and is a member of the Family Mediators Association.
