Alternatively, if you have been served with an application for dissolution of your civil partnership, we can provide advice in relation to completion of the court papers and any implications on allowing proceedings to continue undefended or, if necessary, advise on defending the same.

Whilst applications for dissolution of a civil partnership is a court based process, it rarely involves personal attendance at Court.
